…was more than an evening for friends and colleagues to gather together for chocolate tasting, watching master chefs create chocolate delights, and socializing while savoring wine and munching desserts. The 2003 Benefit was a time to demonstrate support for the work of CSAB.

Underwritten by the SEED Foundation and sponsored by Valrhona Chocolate, Inc. and Veuve Clicquot, Champagne & Wine Co., all revenue from ticket purchases, silent auction items, and donations from those who couldn't attend was put toward subsidizing treatment for CSAB patients.
